
Mrinalini Srinivasan Appointed As CFO Of Castrol India; Vishal Thakkar To Retire As Interim CFO
Mrinalini Srinivasan has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Whole-Time Director of Castrol India Limited with effect from July 28, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.
Further, Vishal Thakkar, who was appointed as an interim CFO effective June 12, 2025, shall retire with effect from July 27, 2025.
Srinivasan is an experienced finance professional with over 17 years of expertise at Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited (P&G India). She has held key leadership roles across diverse geographies, including Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. As Chief Financial Officer for the Hygiene and Health business and Group Controller at P&G India, she led strategic planning, business forecasting, compliance, and commercial finance initiatives. She also spearheaded the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. Srinivasan holds an MBA in finance and marketing from FMS, University of Delhi, and a bachelor’s in electronics and instrumentation engineering from Shri G.S. Institute of Technology and Science, Indore.
