Morningstar Sustainalytics Appoints Jodie Tapscott Head Of Climate & Nature Solutions

Morningstar Sustainalytics, a provider of ESG ratings, data, and research, has appointed Jodie Tapscott as Head of Climate and Nature Solutions.

In her new role, Tapscott will oversee the development and delivery of investment-focused research, metrics, data, and reporting solutions related to climate and nature, including carbon emissions data, low-carbon transition ratings, physical climate risk measures, and nature-related datasets. She previously served as Director of Responsible Investing Strategy & Portfolio Solutions at an investment manager and earlier held roles at Sustainalytics as Director, Client Relations & Head of Asia Pacific ex Japan. Tapscott will report to David Pagliaro, Chief Strategy & Product Officer and incoming President of Morningstar Sustainalytics, and will focus on climate mitigation, adaptation, and nature resilience to support investors in understanding risks, opportunities, and impacts in sustainable finance.
