M&M Financial appoints Amarjyoti Barua as Independent Director

Amarjyoti Barua, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, has assumed the position of non-executive Director at Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. on June 15, 2023. Barua is currently the Executive Vice President of Group Strategy at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Before joining Mahindra, Barua played a key role as the Finance Leader for Baker Hughes’ Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE) segment, where he focused on driving growth and enhancing profitability.
