Mini Ipe Joins PTC India As Independent Director

Mini Ipe has been appointed by the Board of Directors of PTC India Limited as an Independent Director (Additional Director) with effect from December 7, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.

Mini Ipe is the ex-Managing Director (MD) of the Life Insurance Corporation of India and has diverse experience of more than 37 years in the insurance sector. She is currently serving as the Non-Executive (Nominee) Director of Axis Bank. She was the Zonal Manager in charge of the south-central zone, Hyderabad, and holds the distinction of being the first lady Zonal Manager (in charge) of LIC. She was recognised as “India’s top 100 women in finance’ in the year 2000 by the Association of International Wealth Management of India. Ipe holds a master’s degree in commerce.
