Maya Sinha Retires As Non-Executive Independent Director Of Shriram Finance

Maya S. Sinha completed her term as Non-Executive Independent Director of Shriram Finance Limited and consequently will cease to be a Director, with effect from December 4, 2024.

Sinha is the founder and Director of the public-private partnership (PPP) consulting firm Clear Maze Consulting Private Limited. She is also the founder and Director of CMC Skills Pvt. Ltd., which carries out skill development initiatives supported by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the government. Sinha spent almost 30 years in the Indian government, including 23 years in the Income Tax Department, before starting her own business. She was a member of the Indian Revenue Service (IRS), 1981 batch. She handled corporate assessments and appeals in addition to conducting investigations in Mumbai and New Delhi. She received her bachelor’s degree from Lady Shri Ram College and her master’s degree from the Delhi School of Economics.
