Mastek’s Global CFO Arun Agarwal Steps Down

Arun Agarwal, Global Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (CFO & KMP) of Mastek Limited, has resigned from the services of the company with effect from December 3, 2024.

Agarwal was previously the Global Controller and Vice President (Finance) at Mastek for over four years. In his career of over 19 years, he has held leadership positions at First Source as General Manager of Finance, General Electric as Assistant Controller of Finance, Synovate as Senior Manager of Finance, Wipro Technologies as Finance Manager, and Tata Motors as Senior Executive. Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant (CA) who secured 29th rank in the CA foundation course. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with honours from the University of Calcutta in 2002. He has also cleared two levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
