Mary Carmen Gasco-Buisson Appointed CEO of Unilever’s Prestige Division
Unilever has appointed Mary Carmen Gasco-Buisson, a former Pandora executive, as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its Prestige division. She succeeds Vasiliki Petrou, who has overseen the division for a decade and announced her departure in June.
Mary Carmen is a Unilever alumna, will begin her new post on November 1 with over two decades of experience in beauty and prestige. Previously, she led global brands such as Axe and Lynx at Unilever and was the EVP and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Pandora. Gasco-Buisson’s appointment comes as Unilever seeks to optimise its Prestige segment. Her leadership will be critical as the company navigates both expansion prospects and operational adjustments in its luxury beauty portfolio.
