Manish Tiwary Joins Nestlé India As Managing Director; P.R. Ramesh Reappointed As Independent Director
Manish Tiwary has been appointed as Managing Director and a Key Managerial Personnel of Nestlé India Limited, effective April 24, 2025.
Ramesh Prathivadibhayankara Rajagopalan (P.R. Ramesh) has been reappointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the company with effect from July 1, 2025.
Tiwary is a seasoned business executive with nearly 30 years of experience leading large-scale operations and strategic initiatives within the e-commerce and consumer goods sectors. He is currently the Managing Director (Designate) of Nestlé India. Before joining Nestlé India, he was the Special Project Manager for Zone AOA at Nestlé Switzerland. He previously served as the Country Manager for Amazon India for over eight years, and before that, he spent 20 years at Unilever, where he held roles in sales, marketing, and general management across various categories and channels in India, the Gulf, and North Africa. Tiwary holds a B.Tech. in computer science and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
P.R. Ramesh retired as Director of Deloitte & Touche Assurance & Enterprise Risk Services India in March 2020, with over 40 years of experience in various sectors. Ramesh has also been involved with several regulatory bodies and industry associations, and has authored publications in the field of financial reporting and accounting standards. Ramesh is a graduate in commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
