Malini B. Mallikarjun Joins Jana Small Finance Bank As Independent Director
Malini B. Mallikarjun has been appointed as an Independent Director (Additional Director) of Jana Small Finance Bank Limited, w.e.f. March 20, 2026.
Mallikarjun is a lawyer with over 30 years of experience across tax advisory, corporate roles, and the development sector. She leads BhuSampada at the National Institute of Advanced Studies, focusing on land governance and climate mitigation. She has worked as a Partner at BMR Advisors and a Director at Ernst & Young, specialising in indirect taxes and foreign trade. She later held a leadership role at Piramal Foundation, where she co-founded a programme with state governments in education and health. An alumna of National Law School of India University, she brings experience in regulatory systems, ESG frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.
