Kaustubh Agarwal has been redesignated as Whole-Time Director to Managing Director (MD) of the company, with effect from February 14, 2026, subject to the approval by the shareholders.
Anil Kumar Singh has been appointed as Whole-Time Director (Additional Director) of the company, with effect from February 14, 2026, subject to the approval by the shareholders. He replaces Babulal M. Singhal, who has resigned due to personal and unavoidable circumstances, effective February 14, 2026.
Rajesh Mangal has been appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director (Additional Director) of the company with effect from February 14, 2026, subject to approval by the shareholders.
Devilal J. Shah has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective February 14, 2026. He replaces Radhika P. Soni, who has resigned to pursue opportunities outside the organisation, effective February 14, 2026.

Agarwal is a science graduate with over 40 years of experience in the mining and steel industry.
Kaustubh Agarwal is a mining engineer with over five years of experience in the mining and steel industry. He has been involved in operational functions across projects, contributing to production planning and process management. He works on integrating established industry practices with technology-driven systems to improve efficiency and output. His experience includes on-ground coordination, operational monitoring, and supporting performance targets in industrial environments.
Anil Kumar Singh is a techno-commercial professional with over 35 years of experience across the steel, automobile, and textile industries. He has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Tambo Steels (U) Ltd. in Uganda and was appointed President at Sree Metaliks Ltd. His experience covers plant operations, maintenance, and project execution, along with budgeting, finance, purchasing, stores, logistics, human resources, administration, and commercial functions. He has handled integrated steel plants comprising SMS (Induction Furnace Route), CCM, rolling mills including TMT and block mill, structural mill, strip mill, and pipe mill operations, managing large teams and production targets.
Rajesh Mangal is a Chartered Accountant with over 28 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, EPC, and infrastructure sectors, including steel, ferroalloys, power, automotive, packaging, and rubber. He has led corporate finance initiatives covering fundraising, working capital management, treasury operations, audit, and digital finance transformation, including SAP, ERP, and CRM implementations. He has held CXO and senior leadership roles in listed and unlisted organisations. His experience includes financial planning, governance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder management. He has worked closely with banks, financial institutions, and investors, supporting capital structuring and business expansion while strengthening financial controls and reporting systems.
Devilal J. Shah is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since May 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree and has over seven years of experience in corporate secretarial practice and company law matters. His work includes compliance management, regulatory filings, and advisory on Corporate Governance and legal procedures.
