LTTS Reappoints Apurva Purohit and Narayanan Kumar As Independent Directors

The Board of L&T Technologies Services Limited has reappointed Apurva Purohit as an Independent Director for five years with effect from December 11, 2024. The Board has also approved modification in the term of appointment of Narayanan Kumar, Independent Director of the company, from existing 3 years and 6 months to 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from July 15, 2021, up to and including July 14, 2026. Both the changes are subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Apurva Purohit has over three decades of experience. She serves as an Independent Director for LTI Mindtree Ltd., Navin Fluorine International Ltd., and Marico Ltd. She just founded Aazol Ventures Pvt. Ltd. She has also written two blockbusters and has been named one of the Most Powerful Women in Business. Purohit got IIM Bangalore’s Distinguished Alumni Award in 2022.

Narayanan Kumar is the Chairman of The Sanmar Group and has served on the Boards of Airtel and L&T. He holds senior positions in industrial entities such as the Indo-Japan Chamber of Commerce. He is dedicated to social welfare and education, serving as President of the Bala Mandir Kamaraj Trust and Vice President of the Worldwide Fund for Nature India. He also serves as the Honorary Consul General of Greece in Chennai.
