L&T Finance Appoints Sudipta Roy as MD & CEO and R. Seetharaman as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of L&T Finance Holdings Limited has approved the appointment of Sudipta Roy as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for five years, with effect from January 24, 2024. The Board has also approved the appointment of R. Seetharaman as an Additional (Independent) Director for a first term of five years, with effect from January 23, 2024. Roy replaces Dinanath Dubhashi, who will now serve as the Whole-Time Director from January 24, 2024, until April 30, 2024. This change comes after his resignation as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), which was effective January 23, 2024. The board has also approved the reappointment of Nishi Vasudeva as Independent Director for a second term of five years, with effect from March 15, 2024.
