Louie Pastor Replaces Steve Bandrowczak As CEO Of Xerox

Xerox Holdings Corporation has appointed Louie Pastor as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with immediate effect, replacing Steve Bandrowczak.

Pastor previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he oversaw service delivery, revenue operations, marketing, and internal functions across the company. He has been involved in transformation efforts and the execution of business plans. Since joining Xerox in 2018, he has held roles including Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Corporate Development Officer, and Chief Legal Officer. In these positions, he worked on operational changes and company-wide initiatives. Before Xerox, Pastor was Deputy General Counsel at Icahn Enterprises, handling transactions and portfolio strategy. He began his career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. He serves on the Board of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and has been associated with Herc Holdings. He holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and The Ohio State University.

Bandrowczak has held leadership roles at Xerox Holdings Corporation, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), including at its subsidiary Xerox Corp. He has also been a Board Member at Fuji Xerox. His career includes roles at Nortel Networks, where he worked in enterprise sales and information technology leadership. He later held senior positions at Lenovo, Avaya, and Hewlett-Packard (HP) Enterprise. Bandrowczak also worked at Alight Solutions, DHL Express, and Sutherland Global Services in leadership roles across operations and information systems. He holds an undergraduate degree from Long Island University.
