Lincoln Pharma’s Independent Woman Director Meha Patel Resigns

Dr. Meha Patel, Non-Executive Independent Woman Director of Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Limited, has resigned with effect from February 16, 2024, due to personal reasons. She also served as the Chairperson of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee, and a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board.

Dr. Patel, 33, is an M.B.B.S., and her knowledge of medicine has been instrumental in the growth of the company.
