Latika Taneja To Lead Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs & CSR At Hero MotoCorp

Latika Taneja has been appointed as Head of Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Hero MotoCorp Limited, effective August 19, 2025.

Taneja has over 23 years of leadership experience across corporate communications, government relations, policy and advocacy, and corporate social responsibility. She has worked with leading global organisations, such as Shell, Mastercard, DuPont, Alcatel-Lucent, and MetLife. Before joining Hero MotoCorp, she was Head of Corporate Relations at Shell India, where she established and scaled the function across multiple regions. Latika holds a B.A. (Hons) in English from Lady Shri Ram College, a postgraduate diploma in business management from Symbiosis, and has completed an Executive Programme at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
