Lalit Malik Appointed as CFO of Varun Beverages

Varun Beverages Appoints Lalit Malik as the Chief Financial Officer with effect from 4th August 2023. He replaced Rajesh Chawla.

In his last assignment, he was working as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer at Torrent Power Ltd. for its Power Generation (Thermal, Renewable), distribution, transmission business and also for Torrent Gas business. Prior to Torrent Power Ltd., he was associated with Dabur India Ltd. as Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for business partnership, corporate governance, Risk management, control, compliances, etc. He also held senior positions in well-known companies such as American Express, P&G & Gillette, Philips India and Sharp &Tannan in the past. Lalit Malik is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary, LLB (Gen.), CPA (Colorado, USA). In all he has over 35 years of experience and knowledge in Financial Planning & Strategy.
