Lalit K. Thanvi Steps Down As Company Secretary Of Bhagyanagar India

Lalit Kumar Thanvi has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Bhagyanagar India Limited, effective December 7, 2024.

Before Bhagyanagar, Thanvi held positions like Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Gayatri Sugars Ltd., Company Secretary at Gayatri Hi-Tech Hotels Ltd., and a trainee Company Secretary at Kiran Martin Golla and Associates. He has a bachelor of commerce from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University (MDSU), Ajmer.
