Kolte-Patil Developers’ Independent Director Jayant Pendse Retired

Jayant Pendse has completed his second and final term of five years as an Independent Director and consequently ceased to be a Director of Kolte-Patil Developers Limited w.e.f. September 12, 2024.

Pendse is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of diverse experience spanning multiple industries. He previously held the position of Director of Administration at Indus International School, Pune, where he managed operations, procurement, finance, and human resources. His career began with 27 years in the Indian Army, where he rose to Colonel, serving in logistics, HR, and event management. After retiring, he moved into the private sector, taking on roles at Atur India Pvt. Ltd. and Kolte-Patil Developers. Pendse holds advanced degrees in Defence Management and Strategic Studies and is recognised for his focus on transparency, accountability, and excellence in leadership.
