Kolte-Patil Developers Appoints Atul Bohra as Group CEO

The Board of Directors of Kolte-Patil Developers Limited has appointed Atul Bohra as Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) and Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP) with effect from June 14, 2024. He will succeed Rahul Talele, who has tendered his resignation to pursue professional goals outside the organisation after an illustrious career of 14 years with the company. Talele has agreed to stay until August 31, 2024, to ensure a smooth transition of leadership.

Atul Bohra is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and MBA graduate who has undergone the Strategic Thinking and Leadership Programme at Wharton Executive Education. He has over 20 years of versatile experience in real estate, strategy, finance, business development, stakeholder management, and risk management. Bohra has worked with Kolte-Patil Developers in different roles over a period of 2012–2023, during which he also served as the group CFO. He briefly took on the role of Regional Business Head with Birla Estates Private Ltd. He has extensive knowledge of the real estate sector and has an established track record of leading large-scale projects from inception to successful completion while executing sound strategic decisions and leading high-performance teams.
