Kishan G. Somani, Sudha P. Navandar & Ramesh Chandak Retire As Independent Directors Of Anand Rathi Wealth
Kishan Gopal Somani, Sudha Pravin Navandar, and Ramesh Chandak have retired as Independent Directors of Anand Rathi Wealth Limited upon completion of their terms, with effect from March 14, 2026.
Somani has been an Independent Director associated with the company since March 2018. He has around 50 years of professional experience. He earlier served as President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and was a Director on the Board of Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd. He is a partner at K.G. Somani & Co., a chartered accountancy firm based in Delhi. He is a Chartered Accountant from the ICAI and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Somani is also a fellow member of the Institution of Valuers and has cleared the Limited Insolvency Examination conducted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Navandar has been an Independent Director associated with the company since March 2018. She is a partner at Pravin R. Navandar & Co., a chartered accountancy firm where she works on corporate audits, bank audits, company law matters, and advisory services. She is also a designated Partner at Saksham Insolvency Resolution LLP, where she is involved in insolvency resolution processes and related professional services. Navandar is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States. She is also registered as an insolvency professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
