Kevin Lewis Replaces Jessica Graziano As CFO At U.S. Steel

U.S. Steel has appointed Kevin Lewis as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately, following the company’s USD 14.9 billion acquisition by Nippon Steel. Lewis succeeds Jessica Graziano, who will remain with the company as a special advisor until July 18, 2025, to support the transition.

Lewis has been with U.S. Steel for 17 years, serving in various roles across finance, strategy, and investor relations. He has led cross-functional teams in areas such as M&A, resource allocation, and strategic planning, contributing to long-term value creation and operational efficiency. He specialises in translating financial insights into actionable strategies that support profitability and enhance shareholder value.
