Kerala Ayurveda Appoints Samir Dhawan, Kshiti Ranjan Das, and Kodikannath Jayarajan To The Board

The Board of Directors of Kerala Ayurveda Limited has approved the appointment of Samir Dhawan and Kshiti Ranjan Das as Additional Directors designated as Non-Executive Independent Directors.

The Board also approved the appointment of Jayarajan Kodikannath as an Additional Director designated as Non-Executive Director of the company. The board also accepted the resignation of Harish Kuttan Menon as an Independent Director with effect from October 1, 2024, due to personal exigencies.

Samir Dhawan has over three decades of expertise in a variety of industries, including high-tech equipment manufacturing for the oil and gas sector, nutraceuticals, and defence products.

Kshiti Ranjan Das has had a distinguished 35-year career at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), serving in a variety of roles and contributing to a number of significant projects.

Dr. Kodikannath Jayarajan is a globally renowned Ayurvedic scholar, author, researcher, and educator with over two decades of clinical practice in India and the United States. At present, he serves as President of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Ayurveda Consultant of Kerala Ayurveda USA.
