KEI Industries Reappoints Shalini Gupta as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of KEI Industries Limited has approved the reappointment of Shalini Gupta as an Independent Director of the company for her second term of five years, with effect from February 18, 2024. Subject to the approval of shareholders.

Gupta has over 25 years of global experience. She currently runs a boutique leadership consulting firm focused on Executive Search, HR Advisory and Leadership Development. Gupta helps organisations dramatically improve performance through a focus on leadership and talent. She has worked with a large number of clients and senior executives who have built distinguished careers in successful companies. She has spent most of her career in technology companies, having worked in a multitude of roles that involved large transformations, building high-performing teams, and working closely with CEOs and founders to define organisational strategy and execute on it. She is an advocate for increasing the number of women in STEM education and mentors young female professionals who are building their careers in STEM.
