Kedar Dixit is appointed as CFO at Bharat Forge

Effective from July 1, 2023, Kedar Dixit will serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Person (KMP) at Bharat Forge. Currently, Dixit is Senior Vice President and heads the Finance and Accounting Function at the company. He has been with Bharat Forge since 2002 and has over 23 years of experience in finance. As CFO, Dixit will be responsible for managing various aspects of the company’s finances.

Dixit will replace Kishore Saletore who resigned from his position as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective June 30, 2023. Mr. Saletore, who is a Chartered Accountant, has been the CFO of Bharat Forge Limited since August 1, 2014. Prior to joining Bharat Forge Limited, he served as the CFO of Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited and was Vice-President of Finance at Tata Teleservices Limited. He was responsible for raising equity and debt funding in his previous roles.
