Kamlesh Kumar B. Patel Reappointed Chairman and MD of Asian Granito India
Asian Granito India announced the Reappointment of the Chairman and Managing Director Kamleshkumar B. Patel with effect from 1st January 2024 for a period of three years. While Mukeshbhai J. Patel has been reappointed as Managing Director for a period of three years from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2026.
Mukesh M. Shah is Reappointed as Independent Director with effect from 13th November 2023. And Yashree Dixit Appointed as Independent Director of the company with effect from 12th August 2023.
Kamleshkumar B. Patel, co-promoter of the company has more than 25+ years of experience in the tiles industry. In 1999, he promoted Asian Tiles Limited with other promoters. In 2003, he along with other promoters foresaw an opportunity in Vitrified tiles and started a plant at Himmatnagar for manufacturing the same. Patel is a Bachelor in Business Administration from Sardar Patel University.
Mukeshbhai J. Patel also a co-promoter of the company, has been Managing Director of Asian Granito India and has more than 25+ years of experience in the Tiles Industry. In 1999, he promoted Asian Tiles Limited with other promoters. In 2003, he along with other promoters oversaw the expansion into Vitrified tiles manufacturing.
Mukesh Mahendrabhai Shah with more than 35+ years of experience in diversified fields of Audit & Assurance, Tax & Regulatory matters, Transactions advisory services, Due Diligence, Corporate Restructuring including Mergers, De-mergers, Valuations, Acquisition and sales, Project Finance, FEMA & Regulatory Matters.
Yashree Dixit is a fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has worked as Practicing Company Secretary having rich experience in Secretarial work, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code & other compliance. She has received the Top 100 Global Women Inspiration Awards (GWIA) from the I Can Foundation, Jaipur, and the Woman Managing Directors of the Year award from the GISR Foundation, New Delhi. She is a Master of Commerce and completed her Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Analysis of Corporate Governance Practices of selected Indian Companies.
