Vishal Vithal Kamat has been appointed as an Additional Director at Kamat Hotel Limited, effective from May 27, 2023. Vishal V. Kamat has a background in Hotel Management and brings extensive experience in the industry to his new role.

Kamat Hotel has also appointed Apurva Sohanlal Muthalia, Tej Mayur Contractor, and Ajit Naik as Non-Executive Independent Directors.  starting from May 27, 2023, for a term of 5 years. Apurva Muthalia is a highly experienced investment professional with expertise in asset management and project financing. He has held leadership positions in renowned organisations and has a strong background in real estate and fund management.

Tej Mayur Contractor is a highly accomplished professional with expertise in freight forwarding, training, and international trade. He holds leadership positions in prestigious organisations and is currently serving as the President of the Indian Institute of Freight Forwarders.

Ajit Naik brings a wealth of experience in customer life cycle management, business strategy design, and financial planning. He has a successful career in financial corporations and has also ventured into entrepreneurship.
