K. Lakshmi Relieved as CFO of Repco Home Finance Following Resignation for Personal Reasons

K. Lakshmi, the Chief Financial Officer of Repco Home Finance, has been relieved of her duties effective from the close of business hours on September 6, 2024, following her resignation on June 10, 2024, due to personal reasons.

Lakshmi has extensive experience in finance and auditing, having joined Repco in 2022 as the General Manager of Finance. Prior to this, she served as AVP Business Specialist at DBS Bank from September 2021 to December 2021 and as Assistant Vice President Finance at Asirvad Microfinance Limited from September 2019 to August 2021. Earlier in her career, she held the roles of Manager Finance at Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited from February 2016 to August 2019 and Senior Manager Internal Audit at Everonn Education Limited from May 2010 to March 2014.

Lakshmi is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2004. In 2011, she further enhanced her expertise by earning a Certification in Information Systems Audit (CISA) from ISACA, USA.
