Jyotsna Balasubramanian Appointed as Head – Internal Audit of Orient Electric

The Board of Directors of Orient Electric has approved the appointment of Jyotsna Balasubramanian as Head of Internal Audit, with effect from October 4, 2023. Balasubramanian has over 15 years of experience in Controllership, Financial Accounting and Reporting, Enterprise Risk Management, Assurance, Internal Controls and SOX compliance. She has the experience of leading the Risk and Controls function across global business service locations of her previous organisation in APAC (including India and China), the US, and Europe. She previously worked with Caterpillar Inc. and PwC. She is a CPA from the Colorado Board of Accountancy, USA, and a chartered accountant. She also holds a degree in B.Com. from the University of Madras.
