Justin Hotard Appointed As Nokia’s New CEO

Nokia has announced the appointment of Justin Hotard as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from April 01, 2025. He will be replacing Pekka Lundmark.

The leadership change comes as Nokia shifts its focus toward AI and network infrastructure. Lundmark, who has led Nokia since 2020, intends to transition into board roles. Hotard is currently overseeing AI and data centres at Intel. Previously, he has held executive positions in various technology companies for over 25 years, including his tenure at Hewlett-Packard (HP). Chairwoman Sari Baldauf highlighted his expertise in AI and the US market as key factors in his appointment.
