
JSW’s Chief Sustainability Officer Prabodha Acharya Joins Hall of Fame At India Board Conclave
It is with great pride that Board Stewardship welcomes Mr. Prabodha Acharya, Chief Sustainability Officer of JSW Group, into the Board Stewardship Hall of Fame at the India Board Conclave 2025, hosted at the iconic National Stock Exchange (NSE) in Mumbai. This recognition is a heartfelt celebration of his unwavering commitment to embedding sustainability into the DNA of one of India’s most respected business conglomerates.
Mr. Acharya has led a transformation combining certain strengths and vision through the sustainability journey of JSW Group across all its operations—steel, energy, infrastructure, cement, and paints. He provided a holistic approach to such a degree that even while compliance was ensured, he went into the future to show how regulations could be designed in a more fit way so that they could serve as a catalyst for doing well for business and for keeping the environment and social systems in good health.
