Jorg Nohl Appointed as Independent Director of JK Tyre & Industries

Jorg Nohl has been appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director of JK Tyres & Industries Limited, for a term of 5 years, with effect from November 21, 2023. Subject to approval of the Members of the Company.

Jorg Nohl, age 67 years, has over 30 years’ experience with Continental AG, out of which more than 20 years as member of the Senior Executive Group. Nohl’s expertise is in the areas of Turnaround Management, Board functions, Operational Excellence, World Class Manufacturing, Lean Management/Lean Manufacturing, Digital Transformation, Big Data, Digitalisation, International Leadership Mentoring, Supplier Management, Efficiency improvement, ergonomics and industrial engineering. He is a Mechanical engineer from Technical University of Hanover and has a Doctor’s degree in Economics and Social Science from University of Kassel.
