Joao Laranjo Succeeds Doug Ostermann As CFO of Stellantis

Stellantis N.V. has appointed Joao Laranjo as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), succeeding Doug Ostermann, who resigned for personal reasons.

Laranjo has over two decades of experience in finance and auditing, particularly in the automotive sector. He began his career at General Electric in 2001 and joined Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) in 2009, holding roles including Chief Accounting Officer for Latin America and CFO for Stellantis North America. Earlier this year, he rejoined Stellantis as CFO of Stellantis North America. He holds an MBA from IBMEC, Brazil, and is a graduate of the Advanced Finance Program at The Wharton School.
