JK Tyre & Industries Appoints Kamal Kumar Manik as Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of JK Tyre & Industries Limited (JK Tyre) has approved the appointment of Kamal Kumar Manik, presently Joint Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), as Company Secretary w.e.f. September 25, 2024, and also as Compliance Officer of the Company. He will replace Pawan Kumar Rustagi, who will retire on September 24, 2024. Accordingly, Rustagi will also cease to be the Compliance Officer of the company. However, he will continue to serve the company in an advisory capacity.

Kamal Kumar Manik is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and currently serves as the Joint Company Secretary of the company. Additionally, he holds the positions of Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Cavendish Industries Ltd., a subsidiary of JK Tyre.Manik is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost & Management Accountant. He has over 34 years’ experience in corporate finance, corporate restructuring, corporate legal matters, including company law, and secretarial matters in reputed companies. He joined JK Tyre in 2000 and worked in the corporate finance department of the company prior to his present role.
