JK Paper Appoints Pradeep Joshi As Company Secretary

Pradeep Joshi has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of JK Paper Limited, and he has also been designated as a whole-time Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and is part of the company’s senior management with effect from December 13, 2024.

Joshi’s professional expertise includes corporate secretarial practices, Companies Act, SEBI regulations, restructuring, ESG, and FEMA compliance. Before joining the company, he served as Company Secretary at Welspun Corp Ltd. and also held roles at McSure Capital Markets Ltd. and Rajshree Plastiwoods Ltd. He is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with nearly 25 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Botany and Zoology from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, along with a Diploma in Business Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi.
