Jeyandran Venugopal Steps Down From The Board Of HCG Enterprises

Jeyandran Venugopal, Independent Director of HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited, has resigned from the Board of the Company due to professional and personal commitments, effective November 9, 2024.

Jeyandran Venugopal (Jey) is an innovator and product thinker. His technical leadership experience includes almost two decades of work in consumer internet technologies in both the United States and India. He is presently the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Flipkart. Before taking on his present post, Jey worked in a variety of technology fields, including e-commerce, payments technology, cloud computing, search engineering, digital media platforms, and others for businesses such as Amazon, Yahoo, and Myntra. He has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). Before that, Jey earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration on computational fluid dynamics from the same university.
