Jaymeen Patel Succeeds Kamlesh Shinde As Company Secretary Of INOX India

Jaymeen Patel has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of INOX India Limited with effect from February 08, 2025. He has succeeded Kamlesh Shinde, who has resigned from the same position due to personal reasons with effect from February 07, 2025.

Jaymeen Patel has around 10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate secretarial and legal functions. Before joining INOX India Ltd., he was associated with GACL-NALCO Alkalies & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd., and A. Schulman Plastics India Pvt. Ltd. He is commerce and law graduate and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
