Jayakumar S. Pillai appointed as Deputy Managing Director of IDBI Bank

Jayakumar S. Pillai, Chief General Manager and Circle Head of Canara Bank, has been appointed as the Deputy Managing Director on the Board of IDBI Bank. The appointment, approved by the IDBI Bank’s Board of Directors, will be effective for a period of three years. With over 32 years of experience in the public sector bank, Pillai has held various branch head positions and has expertise in credit delivery across sectors such as retail, agriculture, MSME, and recovery.
