Janhavi Khele Steps Down As Company Secretary Of Thermax

Janhavi Khele has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Thermax Limited to pursue growth opportunities with effect from January 21, 2025.

Janhavi Khele has nearly two decades of experience in the industry. She began her career as Manager (Corporate Affairs) at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd. and later served as Deputy General Manager (Legal & Company Secretary) at Cummins India Ltd. She also held the position of Associate Vice President (Legal & Company Secretary) at AXA Insurance Corporation. Janhavi holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
