Jane Whitlock Appointed As UK Board Chair At Deloitte

Deloitte has appointed Jane Whitlock as Chair of its UK Board following partner approval, effective June 1, 2026.

The company has also elected Clare Mortimer, Dean Cook, James Byles, Jane Boardman, Karen McNicholls, Matt Cheetham, Pauline Biddle, Shaun Curtis, and Udit Gandhi to the UK Board, alongside Non-Executive Members.

Whitlock is a Partner in Deloitte’s Audit and Assurance Practice in the Midlands. She has worked on audits for businesses across sectors, including retail and energy, and has held roles such as Midlands practice senior partner, audit head, and talent lead. Since 2022, she has taken on governance roles across the firm, including positions on the Deloitte North and South Europe Board, the UK Oversight Board, the UK Audit Governance Board, and internal councils and committees.
