James Kroeker Joins KPMG U.S. Board As Independent Director

KPMG U.S. has appointed James (Jim) Kroeker as an Independent Director to its U.S. Board of Directors, succeeding Roel Campos, who completed a five-year term.

Kroeker has held several key positions, including Vice Chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Board and Chief Accountant at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He also served in senior roles at Deloitte. He has advised global standard setters and regulators on accounting and audit matters. He has expertise in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting.
