Jaideep Iyer Succeeds Rajeev Ahuja As Executive Director Of RBL Bank

Jaideep Iyer has assumed charge as Executive Director (Whole-Time Director) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of RBL Bank Limited, effective February 21, 2026. He replaces Rajeev Ahuja, who has retired from the services of the Bank upon completion of his term, effective February 20, 2026.

Iyer has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. His career spans finance, strategy, investor relations, corporate banking, and financial markets, where he has held leadership roles. He currently oversees Retail and Wholesale Credit, Credit Cards, and Treasury, along with Audit, Investor Relations, Secretarial, Legal, and Vigilance functions. Earlier, he was Group President and Deputy CFO at Yes Bank. Since joining RBL Bank in 2018, he has helped shape the bank’s financial and strategic direction. As Head of Strategy, he led Strategy, Investor Relations, and the Credit Cards business, contributing to balance sheet planning and stakeholder engagement. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a degree in engineering.
