Jai Krishan Aggarwal And Rajesh Agrawal Join Salasar Techno Engineering As Independent Directors

Jai Krishan Aggarwal and Rajesh Agrawal have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors (Additional Directors) of Salasar Techno Engineering Limited with effect from January 11, 2025, subject to the approval of shareholders.

Jai Krishan Aggarwal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with over 30 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and corporate law. He is the promoter partner of a well-established firm. Aggarwal has extensive experience in corporate consultancy, concurrent and statutory audits, as well as handling complex income tax matters, including assessments, appeals, and consultancy. He has been an active member of professional organisations, including serving as the Deputy Convener of the Banking Study Group of ICAI in 2010-11. Since 2019, he has served as an Independent Director in a public limited company.

Rajesh Agrawal has a distinguished career across government, industry, and international sectors. He has served as Principal Advisor for Tata Steel (NMB) and as a member of the Railway Board (APEX Grade) in the Government of India. His career includes significant contributions across eight railway zones, along with roles at MCF (Modern Coach Factory) and CRIS (Centre for Railway Information Systems). Agrawal is skilled in leading complex assignments, building effective teams, and managing diverse stakeholders. Fluent in English and Hindi, he communicates effectively at all levels. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and a UNESCO expert in heritage and culture. Agrawal has travelled to over 45 countries, enriching his professional experience.
