J. Kumar Infraprojects’ CFO Madan Biyani Resigns

Madan Biyani, Chief Financial Officer (CF’) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of J. Kumar Infraprojects Limited, has resigned with effect from February 21, 2024, due to other personal commitments.

Madan Biyani is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has 25 years of experience. Biyani has worked with Reliance Infrastructure for more than 15 years, steadily advancing in his career to become CFO of the toll road business. He also worked with M.S.A.S. Industrial Services as Senior Manager, Birla Global Finance (currently Aditya Birla Nuvo) as Manager, and Lodha & Co. as Articled Assistant.
