Isha Garg & Suchitra Dhanani Reappointed As Directors Of Sayaji Hotels
Isha Garg has been reappointed as the Non-Executive Woman Independent Director of Sayaji Hotels Limited, effective September 19, 2025.
Further, Suchitra Dhanani has been reappointed as the Whole-Time Director of the company, effective September 19, 2025.
Garg has extensive experience in secretarial and corporate matters, providing services in corporate law consultancy, secretarial audits, compliance reporting, NBFC regulations, capital markets, and securities laws. He also handles corporate certifications, DGFT matters, and represents clients before statutory authorities. Her expertise spans governance, regulatory compliance, and advisory services across multiple corporate and financial domains. Garg is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds an MBA and B.Sc. from DAVV University, Indore.
Dhanani has extensive experience managing the Guest Satisfaction Index and overseeing the company’s Training Department. In addition to these responsibilities, she is actively involved in the company’s day-to-day operations, focusing on service quality and employee development. Her role spans operational management, training, and enhancing customer experience, contributing to the organisation’s overall performance and ensuring consistent standards across service and staff development initiatives. Dhanani holds a bachelor’s degree in home science and a master’s in social work.
