IRCTC appoints Devendra Pal Bharti as Independent Director

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) has appointed Devendra Pal Bharti as an Independent Director on its Board. The appointment is effective immediately until further orders and is for a period of three years. IRCTC, a Mini-Ratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, currently has five functional Directors, two Government Nominee Directors, and two Independent Directors on its Board, as stated in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges made on Monday by IRCTC.
