Ingersoll-Rand (India) announced the resignation of Non-Executive Director Naveen Samant on 16th August 2023. Naveen Samant being an individual contributor wears the hat of an expert legal counsel, ethics officer, business partner to the business and functional leaders in India, Middle East and Africa. He is part of the MEIA Leadership Team and have provided valuable insights and inputs on several strategic decisions which have impacted the company’s performance as a whole.  He had also been consulted as a ‘trusted advisor’ during crisis management especially during movement of facilities which resulted in zero impact from business perspective.
