Infosys Veteran Kapil Jain appointed as new CEO of eClerx Services
eClerx Services Limited, a Mumbai-based company specialising in business process management, data-driven insights, analytics, and smart automation solutions for Fortune 500 companies, has announced the appointment of Kapil Jain as its CEO, pending shareholder approvals. With an impressive career spanning over 25 years, Kapil has held leadership positions at renowned organisations including ICRA, HSBC, and Infosys, where he made significant contributions to scaling businesses and enhancing shareholder value.
While at Infosys, Kapil Jain held the position of Executive Vice President and Global Head of Sales & Enterprise Capability for the company’s BPM (Business Process Management) business.He brings a wealth of experience in driving sales, mergers and acquisitions, alliances, marketing, and influencer relations. The appointment of Kapil Jain is expected to further strengthen eClerx’s leadership team and accelerate growth, both in existing and new client relationships and services.

Kapil Jain holds an MBA and an MS in Operations Research from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. He graduated with a BE (Hons) in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in the IT/BPM industries, serving various sectors such as capital markets, consumer, and retail.Kapil Jain, who has lived in various countries including India, the US, and the UK, currently resides in the UK with his family.
