Independent Director Yashwant Sripad Bhave retires from Kirloskar Ferrous Industries

Yashwant Sripad Bhave retired as an Independent Director of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited on July 15, 2024.

Yashwant Shripad Bhave previously served as Chairperson of the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India (AERA) and Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Bhave has more than 40 years of experience in finance. In 2017, he was appointed to Kirloskar Ferrous’ board of directors. He possesses a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Nagpur University, as well as a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Harvard University in the United States.
