Independent Director R. Swaminathan Resigns From Repco Home With Immediate Effect

R. Swaminathan has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive and Independent Director of Repco Home Finance Limited with immediate effect due to personal reasons.

Swaminathan served as the Chairman of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. He was also a member of the Audit Committee, the Risk Management Committee, the CSR Committee, the Compensation Committee, and the IT Strategy Committee.

Swaminathan was the President of Corporate Finance and Treasury until July 2022. Earlier, he served as a Sr. Vice President at IDBI Capital in the areas of fund management, debt capital markets, PMS, and financial advisory services.
