Independent Director of Control Print Rakesh Agarwal Resigns

Rakesh Agarwal, Independent Director of Control Print Limited, has tendered his resignation with effect from January 11, 2024. Due to advanced age and health issues.

Agrawal is the Chairman of Shiva Pharmachem and also plays a vital role in numerous industry associations. At the Federation of Gujarat Industries, Agrawal currently serves as a Managing Committee Member. He previously served as President for two years. Additionally, he is a Vice Chairman and a member of the United Way of Baroda’s Board of Governors. He has a postgraduate degree in chemical engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey.
